Kelly Thomas serves as President of Space City Industrial and brings more than 25 years of experience working within the refinery and petrochemical sectors. Her deep understanding of catalyst programs, plant operations, and customer needs has shaped SCI’s focus on modern, stainless-steel catalyst bin solutions designed for performance, safety, and reliability.

Kelly leads the company’s strategic direction, customer relationships, and service development, ensuring that SCI delivers consistent, high-quality support to refineries and catalyst partners across the Gulf Coast. Her leadership, industry insight, and commitment to operational excellence continue to drive SCI’s growth and reputation.

As General Manager of Space City Industrial, William Stacy brings a long tenure of experience in catalyst packaging, container systems, and operational leadership. His career has centered on managing complex programs involving specialized packaging formats, container coordination, and multi-step material handling processes.

William is highly experienced with container systems including ISO containers, IBCs, and specialty packaging, allowing him to support SCI’s mission of delivering consistent, safe, and reliable catalyst solutions.

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation, William blends technical expertise with strong leadership and a global professional perspective gained through years of working abroad.
